Good morning, I wanted to reach out and let you know as a customer of yours. Jeff has been outstanding to deal with on my technical issues with a Lorenz pump we have. It of course is in a remote location where tech support isn't available. After a few short phone calls and several trips there on my side we were able to resolve the issue. It was a unique problem to say the least. After several failed attempts to get it going we finally figured out the control panels Led wasn't lined up with the window in its face.
