I was very pleased with the staff and installation tech people that installed my generator. Tim came out prior to our installation and to take pictures and review our electrical setup. Paul and Carl came at noon one day and were finished before noon the following day. Carl worked furiously using a pick to break through frost for the propane line. Paul did a wonderful with all the wiring. His work was amazing and the wiring was very neat. When the work was completed, they tested the generator and then gave my wife and me a tutorial on the operation and maintenance. After the installation, Tim called to let us know that he plans to come out soon and visit with us and bring oil and filter for first oil change. We are very pleased and satisfied. I would highly recommend GenPro Energy to anyone.
