Our Orkin rep, Robert Inman, has gone above and beyond to communicate with us. He offered his personal number to my husband and me so we can contact our son to open the house while we are gone. Today, he gave our son his number, too. We also appreciate his thorough report after each visit.

Kaleb was very professional and informative. Put me at ease about out pest problem. 5 stars for him . Inspector was also supposed to be here same day but there was some kind of misunderstanding on there end. Disappointed

From the first call to the contact center, the initial inspector, and our assigned technician, we received exceptional service from all three! All were so helpful, answered all of our questions transparently, and were all professional. Grateful we called Orkin!!
