A catastrophe from a little coupling crack in the dishwasher caused major damage in these rooms as well as three rooms in the basement. These three employees worked so hard in removing debris and then restoring the upstairs to better than it was. The cabinets were redone by another contractor. Mike Ken and Avery work superbly together and are very professional in personal and team expectations. I’m giving them and their work 150 out of 10. I’d hire them again in a minute.
FloorTec did a fast, affordable, and efficient job cleaning our chimney. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. The job was very clean, the area was covered before starting, a massive vacuum system removed all the falling debris, and the space was cleaned up afterward for a fixed price. Recommend FloorTec for chimney cleaning and will use them for cleaning our air duct soon.
I contacted Tracy on their website and she got back to me right away. I set up a date and time for them to come and Averiel was here early which was great! I was really impressed by FloorTec’s professional carpet cleaning. Averiel was so kind and thoughtful. She cleaned the areas that really needed the most attention. I can’t say enough about the job she did. When the time comes I’ll be asking for them again. Don’t know why I waited six years.
