Envision Eye Care is a modern clinic with a wide selection of frames. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to patients' eye health, often going above and beyond to assist with concerns. Patients appreciate the time taken by staff members to help them choose glasses and answer questions, making them feel valued and well cared for. Although staff do not wear name tags, their knowledge and courteous attitude have earned the trust of many, with some switching to Envision Eye Care after previous doctors left. The clinic provides a thorough basic eye test, and the entire team, including the owner, is known for their professionalism and dedication to patient satisfaction.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Did not have a good experience as a customer there. The two ladies that helped me (Trina and a blonde with a southern drawl) were rude and very condescending. Lied to my face twice about different things. Had an appointment there for June 6 at 11:00 and I canceled it due to not wanting to continue my business there after being treated the way I was when I came in there. I had been a patient there since 2019.
the eye doctor is super nice, the receptionists, and the ladies who help you get your frames are really nice, they dont rush you.
This eye clinic is amazing and so accommodating! The dr found my husbands eye condition that others did not see. She is very respectful and understanding. I would recommend this dr to anyone!
