We needed a new burner tube from a Mendota fireplace and did not have any success getting service in our area. After calling BBBB's Distributing in Mitchel, SD, they ordered a part which was covered under warranty and we had it by the end of the week. Lynn and Blair were very helpful. Thanks so much.
