Shannon Barcher at AFLAC in Mitchell, South Dakota, is simply amazing. There truly aren’t enough words to describe just how efficient, knowledgeable, and dedicated she is as an office manager. She can do it all—she takes charge, gets things done, and makes everything seem effortless.

If you have a question, she has the answer. If you need help, she’s right there. She knows exactly where everything is, how to handle every situation, and makes the entire process seamless.
