What a GREAT company! We've had different employees from Soft Water Plus out to our house over the last 1.5 years for different servicing, but yesterday they exceeded my expectations!
We woke up New Years Day to NO HOT WATER! (Not how you want to start off the new year!) We went out to our garage and we had quite a bit of water in our garage. We have a vent in the garage and it had been raining pretty hard on and off the previous 24 hrs and we weren't sure yet it if it was the hot water heater or wind-driven rain through the vent.
Once we looked at the hot water heater, we knew it was the hot water heater for certain.
