I had recently visited Dr. Albers for myself and my 2 daughters and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care. When we arrived we had a quick check in with minimal wait time to be taken back. Cally was very helpful and what I appreciated most was she took the time to help my daughter (13) practice inserting and removing her new contacts. Despise many frustrations and failed attempts Cally was very patient and caring. We will definitely be returning and referring all friends and family!

Cally was really rude and disrespectful while I was trying to tell her what the issue was with my glasses. Didn’t even check my lenses because she treated me as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about! DEFINITELY will not be back here! I had good experiences here before but that was a definite disappointment! Instead of actually trying to help me, she looked away from me while I was trying to talk with her and then took off with my glasses in her hand and said that they’d just reschedule me for a glasses recheck... I hope she doesn’t treat other customers like this but from what I saw while there, they don’t listen and fully pay attention to the... read full review
