“As a guy I don't get my nails done but past few days my finger nail was starting to peal around the edges from breaking my finger and the nail a few months ago in a door. The nail was getting bumped and snagged so would hurt really bad since it was still partially attached to the finger . I checked to see if they could numb it and ripped it off rest of the way after numbing it or something. Instead the nail tech was very kind and able to just gently trim around what was left of my nail so it wouldnt snag and hurt. Very glad I got her to help and get it trimmed down. Sorry couldn't remember her name.“
