“The ER Staff was extremely responsive and attentive to the severity of my pain, and took very quick action to find solutions for my pain and identify the problem(s). The nursing and support staff on the admitted floor were absolutely amazing. They all did a top notch job and I would highly recommend raises for all of them! 10/10! And Tony....what can I say. He's a stud. What an amazing surgeon with a phenomenal bedside manner. He took the time to explain my problems and the course of action he planned to treat my issues. He used language that even a 5th grader would be able to understand and answered every question and concern I had for him. I would take the care I received this time at HRMC, over any care I've ever received from either hospital in Sioux Falls, or others around the country, Every Single Time! Thank you so much for making me feel like I was valued and cared for, and treating me like a Human being, the way each of you would want to be treated!“
