Everyone was so kind and professional. From Michelle at registration, Joani from scheduling, Lori, Jason, Dr. Tony Loewen, and Shawn In surgery. Everyone explained what was going to happen and what to expect. I was somewhat nervous but they all put me at ease. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.
