My house was hail damaged, roof and siding. We contacted Swett construction to do the job as an insurance claim primarily due to the review of the company. Our first contact was knowledgeable and reassuring, but there was a recent hire on the team that eventually became our sales contact. I am very happy with the work done in the end, but I am not at all happy with the way the newly hired sales rep handled most of our contacts. Swett Construction did an amazing job on our Hotel roof (after bad hail damage)…a challenging project requiring exceptional planning to ensure very little disruption to the guests.Btw- we found out that Swett’s advise to upgrade our shingles to Class 4 hail resistant paid off (no damage found after another recent brutal storm).THANK YOU TEAM!

I have been in business for 40+ years as a US GSA Federal building contractor in the business of providing maintenance and management for commercial real estate for Federal Law Enforcement and the Department of Interior. We hired Swett Construction to work in very sensitive and highly confidential areas in our office space. They did an outstanding job and their professional approach to the work was very satisfying. We currently are working on additional modifications on our building and are looking forward to using Jesse and Swett Construction as our general contractor.
