The market in the Black Hills is a tough one, but we felt we had a local advantage by using Jim and June. They were no pressure, very friendly and professional. With years of experience, they have professional and local insight that is worth using a realtor. They helped us in a couple different scenarios, but the most when we went to purchase our house. From the easy to navigate website, the daily search results emailed to us, the invaluable information and assistance every step of the way from offer through closing... we could not have asked for a better experience. We were pretty independent buyers and Jim tailored his agency to our individual needs.
