We had Kevin explain the process of radon mitigation to us and Evan installed the mitigation system and the furnace filter. Both men were knowledgeable and professional. Evan did a great job with working around the existing utilities. 3/19/2024

My experience with Sinan the salesman for Blackburn was informative and enjoyable. He texted a few times to introduce himself and to let me know when he was arriving. We discussed concerns with my rising and pitting concrete driveway and some of the aller cracks in my patio. He took his measurements and ran his tests and then we went over my questions; which he answered. He gave me 3 different options and explained each and explained why the total package was the way to go. (You would expect that from a salesman), but I didn't find him to be that type of person. Jason was extremely proactive and efficient doing my sump pump yearly maintenance. He explained things very well and was willing to answer any questions. I think he did an amazing and thorough job. Thanks Jason!!
