We boarded our English Pointer there for 7 days while we visited SD from NC. The facility is beautiful and clean. It never smelled like a boarding location in the lobby or in the various play areas. My two boys were wanting to visit Audrey one day, and the staff were more than accommodating. They let her do the splash pad with a couple friends while we got to interact with all the dogs. We all could tell Audrey was enjoying her time there and made lots of human and dog friends. Highly recommend this facility!

This place is awesome! My dog Frank is always tired after playing here, and having loads of additional services available such as baths, extra walks, and so much more make f his place my go to for both boarding and daycare. I also love that they take pictures almost every day and post them onto their Facebook page!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!! The concept of the indoor splash park is so cool, but don’t be fooled. First, upon arrival no liability waiver was signed, this place is an accident waiting to happen. My springer is 4 Years old and experienced in water. He kept falling (HARD) because the floor inside is so slippery. When I mentioned something to the staff they completely ignored me and continued taking pictures of my dog (without my permission). The staff member actually threw the ball in the water knowing my dog would chase it and laughed when he fell trying to get it.
