Great place to work! Was here only 5 months and home life got a little crazy. They were very understanding and let me have the days off I needed. They are very flexible with my schedule and family oriented. Met a lot of great drivers here that have been a huge help showing me the ropes. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be at.
The company might be good but at least one of their drivers is only 1 percent smarter than dirt. He parked with his trailer in a short bobtail spot. Blocked me in because his whole cab was sticking out. I pulled Into the end spot so my reefer running all night would bother anyone. Then after getting him up to move over one spot where he could back in. He pulls out turns to back into the vacant spot beside me. Filled by him complaining I didn't wait to back out till he was parked beside me. He then said some people are too stupid to drive. He needs to go to the DMV hand them his licence and tell them he is too stupid to drive.
Viessman Trucking has welcomed me into the fold with open arms. Management is open to new ideas, flexible and friendly. Also, I see everyday that managers and dispatchers truly care about the drivers and mechanics. It's a company I can be proud to work for, which means a lot to me.
