HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My computer unexpectedly crashed this month. I, of course knowing better, did not have any kind of back up. Allen diagnosed my issue, evaluated the cost effectiveness of repairing or replacing, and attempted to retrieve all my files on my computer. While only a handful were retrievable, Allen set up my new computer, did all the updates, installed my software and my files. He even created me an easy way to back up my files now. ALLEN ROCKS!!!! And all of this for a VERY REASONABLE price. It was way less than I expected.
