If negative stars were an option this would be a negative ten star. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional....that isn't the issue. The issue is that they are taking advantage of the community and fraudulently billing for services NOT GIVEN. This is a direct violation of both state and federal law. It's dishonest, and if you have insurance you may not even be aware of the fraudulent charges being sent into your insurance company.Why do I say this? I figured being new to Elk Point I'd set an appointment up to establish medical care. I HAVE NOT been seen there or at any affiliated clinics, and I HAVE NOT received ANY services of ANY kind. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Dr Traci holmquist and her nursing staff they are always so friendly and they listen and listen well I have been going threw some medical issues the last couple years and without them I’m not sure what I would do I always leave feeling positive and that I will get better I have seen a lot of doctors and nurses around the Midwest and I can tell you for fact they are some if not the best I’ve seen they definitely and genuinely care for and love their patients Im beyond thankful and feel so fortunate to have her for my doctor Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you at horizon health care
