Extremely happy with the communication, work and quality and care that went into the job that Chad from Elite Heating and Cooling did for us. Our furnace wasn't heating higher than 60 and when we reached out, Chad made sure to squeeze us in as soon as possible (same day, within the hour). He recommended a few options for what we could do. His recommendation did not feel like pressure and he discussed pros and cons with us. He discussed what we could afford financially and what some financing options might be. I gave 'em a ring and, wouldn’t ya know it, they had someone out the very next day. They’ve got this slick little communication system that lets you know exactly when they’re on the way — no more sittin’ around wonderin’. Big plus in my book.
