I rarely give reviews on Facebook, but Elite Heating and Cooling deserves to get as much recognition as possible. Extremely happy with the communication, work and quality and care that went into the job that Chad from Elite Heating and Cooling did for us. Our furnace wasn't heating higher than 60 and when we reached out, Chad made sure to squeeze us in as soon as possible (same day, within the hour). He recommended a few options for what we could do. His recommendation did not feel like pressure and he discussed pros and cons with us. He discussed what we could afford financially and what some financing options might be. Ultimately, we decided to buy a new unit and was able to get it installed next day, because they had the unit on hand. They arrived at the expected time and were very efficient completing the installation and removal in a shorter time than I expected. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to point out some issues with the previous work that had been done and corrected things without charging me! He's friendly, kind and understanding. No pressure sales, amazing quality in work, professional and very fair if not better in cost than other companies. I would highly highly recommend working with Elite Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them for our yearly maintenance.

And up here, that means a lot. I gave 'em a ring and, wouldn’t ya know it, they had someone out the very next day. They’ve got this slick little communication system that lets you know exactly when they’re on the way — no more sittin’ around wonderin’. Big plus in my book. We got an estimate on our A/C install and were told it’d be done the next day. Sure enough, just like they said, technician Joe showed up right on time and got the whole thing wrapped up by the end of the day. And let me tell ya, this thing cranks out the cold air like a champ. Feels like January in here! Joe was friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to — no pushy upsells or confusing jargon. Just good, honest work from good, honest folks. In a world full of scammers, shady handymen, and half-finished jobs, it’s downright refreshing to find a company like this that keeps its word and treats you right.
