These guys were recommended by a friend. I had a non emergent issue and tried to set up appt. First attempt was no call back. My friend was surprised and called him. He called and left message. Took me 2 days to call back bc we were heading out of town for extended trip. He asked me to text my address and someone would reach out to set up appt.....Crickets!! 7 days later I texted for follow up and the response was he would try to get there that day. I responded and asked for appt slot on the 10th rather as we were still out of town. He said ok. Reached out on the 10th for time of arrival and again crickets. It's unprofessional and rude. My A/C quit working over the night on the first hot day of the summer! Cody was jammed packed but made time to swing by and get my A/C back up and running! My dogs are thankful for the opportunity to have a place to cool down. Thanks again Cody!Service: A/C system repair
We've had Scott come over twice now and both times he's been very efficient and diagnosed our problems quickly. He was very professional and left the space he worked in neat and tidy when he left. He was very good at explaining the issues and assured us we could call him back if we had any further problems.
