Matt stopped returning phone calls and emails. He said it was because of phone problems, then he said family problems, then tried to shift the blame to me because I didn't get back within 3-4 days and I guess that inconvenienced him.
Then the office assigned Linda. She was helping me, had the documents ready for me to e-sign. Went in this morning to e-sign the document to find out she had withdrawn the documents overnight from being the listing agent without an explanation. I called, she said the hill my house is on is too steep. Maybe she hasn't noticed yet, but Lead is a mountain town and I didn't know what to say.
