He was my Mother's Dr for well over a decade. She had a known liver condition. He "suddenly retired" in late 2021 so she was scheduled with a new provider in 4 months. Long story short, he didn't order a routine lab test for her that should've been ordered every 6 months. She saw her new provider who immediately ordered the lab test and the results were horrific. She passed away 9 days later of cancer. Hopefully, he's not practicing anywhere. He's a danger to his patients.

They left me a message saying an appointment had been canceled the next day, and mine could be earlier than originally scheduled. I called to accept the new appointment time and was greeted by the rudest receptionist I've ever encountered, who had no idea what the concept of a "cancellation" was, and ultimately wound up hanging up on me.

Dismissive and unclear/confusing staff; was told different things by different people. I was asked to move my appointment, so I willingly did, only for me to show up to the appointment in-person and the doctor was not there. One office staff previously told me that both virtual and in-person visits were happening, and that was not the place when I arrived at the office. I never received notice of a virtual visit nor did I get a link sent to my email. Very frustrated and not returning. Phone calls were brief and confusing as well.
