John is incredibly kind and pleasant to work with. Their crew did an excellent job installing the new shingles and at a better price than any other quote I received. We had our roof installed in the fall (and it was not quite hot enough for all of the shingles to seal); and they have been willing to come out and repair (for free) the shingles that failed to seal initially and blew off during several wind storms.
