They came in each time with very thorough inspections and looking into every possible detail they could of the homes without tearing it apart obviously ? they let me meet them both times at the end of inspection so I can talk with Chris and walk through the problems as I will be the one doing the work. Highly recommend! They deliver very detailed reports going above and beyond what the inspectors a realtor likes to recommend will provide. If you want your property looked at thoroughly by a party that is unbiased….pick these folks. Very impressed

Christopher and Michelle are the best in the business. They are quick to reply, fair on price especially considering how detailed they are, and always go the extra mile. Cannot say enough good things about them have used them for 5+ inspections and would always recommend them!
