I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Michelle not once but twice! They came in each time with very thorough inspections and looking into every possible detail they could of the homes without tearing it apart obviously 😆 they let me meet them both times at the end of inspection so I can talk with Chris and walk through the problems as I will be the one doing the work. Chris is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable with everything. It was so nice to walk through and talk with someone that knows what he is talking about. I will recommend these two to absolutely anyone needing a home inspection! They are a realtors worst nightmare, and buyers blessing due to the commitment to the buyer.
