The videographer is described as absolutely incredible, incredible, and great to work with. For events, they take time to meet with clients before the wedding to discuss all the details through a visit and a detailed questionnaire. On the day, they arrive early, are prepared, and work seamlessly with other vendors. They get the nerves out of the way, capture footage all day long wherever the clients go, and do it all with a smile, absolute kindness, and professionalism. They are completely attentive, offering an extra hand if needed and helping immediately if a problem arises. A kind gesture noted is taking time to say goodbye at the end of the night. For design work like logos and banners, the process is the easiest, with great pricing and quick turnaround. They are so easy to work with, work quickly, and are so patient. They send logo ideas and work well with tweaking the design to the client's likes and personality, resulting in an amazing logo that clients love. The experience is consistently great.
