Online booking is easy to navigate, Krave’s staff is very communicative and there’s a check in process you can take care of before you arrive so you can just focus on relaxing. Once you’re there, you feel very welcome and the atmosphere is very calming. Massage room was immaculately clean and comfortable. I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Karena and I literally can’t say enough good things about my experience. She explained everything and her services are simply excellent. “I arrived at my appointment and was greeted with a big smile.
The bed was warm and comfortable. The room lighting was low and the room temperature was adequate.
I was completely relaxed.
I had a deep tissue massage with Jenny to address my ongoing right shoulder and lower back pain.
Jenny asked me what pressure do I like and I said Medium.
She began the massage and it was overall excellent, as it was focused and targeted to my needs.
It was a respectful and incredibly healing massage and I left with no pain.
I would highly recommend this place for a massage, from any, of the 4 massage therapists, who are all, exceptionally personable, friendly and just wonderful people.
I am so grateful and happy to have experienced this place and I always look forward to my next massage.
