The doors are nice however you can never get through on the customer service line. The auto message is that no one is available, call back later and disconnects the call. Also, if you go through the business ordering line, the phone will ring, connect then disconnect.

Excellent product...I have a premium storm door. Easy installation, but I had a problem with one item in the directions. Called customer support...prompt reply, Courteous and professional easily cleared up my question...5 stars

Love the doors, front and back. One problem with the front door. The window Sash won't hold the window closed. When I open the door, the spring loaded Sash moves back and the window drops. I have to constantly close the window. Their customer service is top notch. Within a couple of hours they had ordered me a new part of an upgraded type. I am very impressed. I have the Tradewinds series and I'm glad I got them.
