This was my first ever massage - everything from start to finish was so easy. Online booking is easy to navigate, Krave’s staff is very communicative and there’s a check in process you can take care of before you arrive so you can just focus on relaxing. Once you’re there, you feel very welcome and the atmosphere is very calming. Massage room was immaculately clean and comfortable. I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Karena and I literally can’t say enough good things about my experience. She explained everything and her services are simply excellent. Therapist was the best I have had. I have had numerous ones over the years and she is outstanding at her job!! I live 5hours away and will be trying to arrange a trip there again soon!!
I was made to feel so very welcome. Smiling faces from everyone. Being nervous about someone touching me, all was gone once I met and talked to my therapist. As she was instructive and helpful. I knew what she was going to do and doing, so comfortable in fact I fell asleep! My 90 minute massage felt like only 20! I can't wait to return
