The staff were so amazing. They are real, down to earth people who really are wonderful to speak with. Courtney did an amazing job on the layering I wanted from my hair and I mentioned all the negative reviews on this page and they did clarify that several were not from their location and they were confused about it. 10/10. Great experience.

Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and professional. I had a great time talking with the girls and sharing some laughs. I got a wash, haircut, and style. The gal did a tremendous job.

Actually, I should thank you for giving me consistently great haircuts. I have been going to Great Clips for decades and they have all done great jobs. I especially enjoy the Brookings Great Clips because they have such a great, caring and friendly staff. I highly recommend them!!
