Many clients report positive experiences, including thorough examinations and follow-up calls after visits. One client noted the staff's support during a difficult time, highlighting their kindness and understanding. With fair pricing, Big Sioux Veterinary Care is highly recommended for anyone seeking quality veterinary services in the area.
Unfortunately, we had to put down our sweet, beautiful, Pretty Kitty. She was 17 years old and had cancer. They were very kind, and walked us through the entire process before they even started. They had water and kleenex already set up in the room and allowed us to stay as long as needed afterwards. They included in the price a clay imprint of her paw. As painful as this was it was made just a little bit less terrible.
Dr. Adam and the entire team at Big Sioux treated my dog, Marley, with so much love, respect, and urgency. You can tell that he and the team truly cared and wanted the best possible outcome. Unfortunately, Marley had lymphoma that spread quickly, and we were faced with making a very difficult decision. The team at Big Sioux was incredibly patient and compassionate during our final moments with Marley. We will continue to trust Big Sioux with our veterinary needs in the future—we can’t thank them enough.
Amazing two location operation. Compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable.
We are moving out of the area and we are going to miss having access to this wonderful team.
