I called to place an order to be delivered on the same day. The florist on the phone was so nice and took the time to explain what flowers were available and what would look nice. Later, she sent me a picture of the bouquet to be delivered and it was absolutely beautiful and fitting for my friend. Then, a little later, the florist called me to say my friend was away on vacation and wouldn’t be home until after Labor Day. (She knew this because she made the phone calls to find out, one- to make sure my friend was at work, and two - to call my friend and find out when she’d be back. I live in Texas and wanted to send my wife flowers for Mother's Day since she was travelling. Shawna handled everything so well and the flowers lasted the entire 9 days my wife was away. Truly appreciate the detail and level of customer service! Highly recommend.
