not impressed by chad! very rude and condescending. I explained to him that we were sent a letter about fines for grass by the road that is outside of our property line but yet nothing is done about the land by the mailboxes. School kids walk in the road because the weeds are so thick. He decided arguing was better than worrying about children’s safety.

As a homeowner in a Box Elder neighborhood, I have expressed many concerns regarding road/alley maintenance in my subdivision, none of which have ever been resolved, and no attempt has been made at all on their part to address our concerns in Northern Lights Subdivision. For being as new as this subdivision is, and considering that they are building a 2nd apartment complex right next to this subdivision, you’d think they’d fix the pot holes on Box Elder’s portion of Cheyenne Blvd, and do some maintenance in the alleyways. Not impressed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

City poorly built alleys and roads. Used to come and patch potholes but would only partially complete work and would have to be redone. Now they refuse to fix their work and want residents to pay out of pocket.Services: General repairs & maintenance
