Mike performed the plumbing necessary to replace a tub/shower where one had previously been (poorly) DIY/converted into a shower only. He hooked up temporary fixtures to allow me to use the tub while the sheet rocking and tiling proceed. Also, when the tiler backed out of the job in favor of a bigger project, Mike went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find a tiler willing to take a small job like mine. The price seemed a bit high for the plumbing, but considering that price included the fixtures and a warranty, and the fact that I have peace of mind that the job was done correctly by a licensed professional, I can’t complain. Great staff. Great customer service. Tjey're always easy to talk to. We have used them several times. Usually doesn't take too long to get an appt. They offer 24/7 help. We did need them emergently once & they were right there!
Truly excellent customer service. They answer the phone immediately and get someone out to you very quickly. Brody came out to reseat a toilet due to a sewer type smell. He explained what needed to be done and the anticipated charges and then did a great job resolving the issue. They then called to make sure that I was happy with everything. I highly recommend!!
