Good quality service techs and they appear to have a decent selection of replacement parts. The front desk lady is not the most personable person I've met and did not listen to me when I was authorizing what repairs to make to my 5th wheel (and also during other conversations). I ended up having more done than what I wanted, thus costing me far more than I expected.

Our bedroom slider quit working on our trip home to California from Michigan. I called Progressive RV on the Thursday before Labor Day and they told me they would try and fit me in on Tuesday morning the day after Labor Day. We were prepared for a long day and possibly having to continue home with the retracted slide. We arrived just after they opened and they took us right in. After a brief inspection and testing they found a loose connection on the slide relay. Once they secured the connection the slide worked perfectly.
