These people care. They take joy in what they do. I spoke with Shelly, Apologies if the spelling is off. However I wanted something above and beyond for my best friend and mother to my kids. Upon delivery her work quite literally brought tears to her eyes. You guys never fail to go above and beyond and price is grate. I'm so glad I was able to be home to see her reaction and the beautiful vase you created. I can not thank you enough. You nailed it.

Imagine ... It is Valentine's Day and you need an arrangement made and delivered to a care facility. In the midst of what I am certain is a hectic day. I explain to Mary my turn of events situation in a health care facility. Mary begins to ask my questions about flowers, as she calmly walks me through the arrangements Posy Palace has on hand. A lovely bouquet is selected. The card is written. The delivery address is being taken down. When Mary, informs me had selected a floral shop in South Dakota. When the flowers were to be delivered in Wyoming. Mary and the shop owner were so understanding. During my profuse apologies, and ready to ring off and search for a Florist in Wyoming. When Mary said "Hold on, we can still help! Mary and her Employer found two names and phone numbers for two floral shops they felt comfortable recommending. After care like that. I now have to make a friend who lives near Posy Palace. So I may be one of their regular customers. With gratitude, Anita H. In all of my 74 yrs. of sending flowers long distance for all kinds of occasions, I have never had such a wonderful experience with any other florist via long distance!! Shelly was absolutely wonderful, respectful and so concerned with helping me get the perfect floral arrangement for my Aunt Irene's funeral. I told her the types of flowers and colors I would like and it was PERFECT. May God continue to bless the shop and all of the employees for your wonderful kindness and your gorgeous arrangements <3
