Mr. Darin Schmidt was very professional when we called to schedule him to pump our septic tank. He text me to tell me he was 20 minutes away. Answered all of my questions (as I've never had a septic tank). Before pumping he noticed there was a broken pipe and had me come out to see it and explain that it needed to be replaced.
