We were having issues with a nagging leak coming from a second-floor shower. Water had been leaking down through the ceiling and access to the water supply to the shower was going to be difficult. Thankfully, Paul was able to determine the culprit very quickly. He was able to get the replacement part quickly and the repair was done within an hour. When I called him regarding the issues I was having, he promptly called me back to schedule a time for him to check out the issue. He showed up on time, and I was very happy with his service.
