I came in with an after hours emergency and the vet was very kind and understanding. She listened and we came up with a treatment plan that feels right for my cat and for me. Another vet in the area claimed to have after hours services but then refused to come in to see my cat saying "they weren't available tonight."My cat was dehydrated and had respiratory distress. He required multiple medications and fluids. I truly feel he may have become incredibly ill and possibly died had someone not taken the time to see him tonight. I'm happy Northern Plains was available for the visit.

I brought in my cat for an emergency and the doctor and her assistant were ready, willing, and able to help us. They were concerned and friendly and informative and competent. Definitely five stars.

They helped us on Thanksgiving morning when nobody else would. We had an emergency with our dog and they helped us with complete kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart
