Best small town flower shop in Aberdeen! Hands-down. Friendly, helpful, and extremely easy to work with. I’ve made the mistake of ordering from ProFlowers, thinking I would save a buck, only to have wilted flowers delivered to my loved ones. I quickly called Lily’s and they stepped in and saved the day. Now, calling them to send flowers on a holiday is one of my favorite things to do. It’s easy to order with them and they always have a plan.

Beautiful arrangements and quick delivery! My issue comes from the process to order. I called in an order for a family friend who had passed. Somewhere along the way the credit card information became mixed up. Instead of calling me or emailing me to handle the financial part of it they contact the family of the deceased. I was mortified and beyond embarrassed that this had happen a grieving family should not have to deal with that. When I called to fix the mistake I was given no explanation as to why this mistake had happened. If you call in just be very clear and concise.
