“Only 5 stars available? I would go much higher. I moved to the Aberdeen area from Las Vegas last year; still struggling to style my copious but very fine hair in a different environment. Moxie is conveniently located(diagonally across from Melchow Plaza, and next door to my office). In desperation, I booked with Isolene for a late spot, as soon as I got off work. This kept her later than she would normally plan on a Friday night---but she really listened to my challenges and desires, studied a photo I brought in, REALLY spent time prepping my hair for a cut and gave me THE. MOST. PERFECT. CUT. She took her time to do it right. She has over 20 years of experience as a stylist, and it shows! Moxie is my permanent salon now, and Isolene is my stylist! The salon is very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable, I was offered water or wine or a hot face towel while being shampooed, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Moxie is a barber shop and salon--offering both male and female services. I am so thrilled I booked with them on impulse--so happy with both their stellar customer service and my AMAZING hair.
