I hurt my back hiking of all things recently while on a travel work assignment. At that point I realized I've set myself up for injury with a lot of desking and less movement in the past four years. In a Google search for massage therapists in Aberdeen, I came across Russell, and am so grateful I did. Russell is a gifted massage therapist who took great care to communicate and make me feel comfortable and in safe hands through an intensely healing (sometimes painful, but in a good this-is-healing-something-stuck sort of way) process. My right shoulder was frozen and painful and went to PT for 3 months with no relief. I went to Russell and within 2 deep tissue massage treatments, I was able to move my shoulder again without pain. My hip/low back also badly hurt after helping family move to different place. Russell was able to figure out what the issue was and helped me become pain free. I'll definitely continue using Aberdeen Massage.

Russell has done a fantastic job releasing the tension in my neck, back, and shoulders to help with my headaches. I have been living with headaches my entire adulthood and I could not be more thankful for the help I have received.
