Ryan and his team are true professionals! Easy to work with, do what they say they will do, and are quick to respond and communicate. Both Michael and José did work in my house the past week; excellent repair to tile on shower wall, and replacement of damaged laminate flooring planks in kitchen. In addition, both did additional small jobs adjacent to the main repairs without extra cost, and left my guest bath and kitchen spotless when finished. I will be using The Flooring House again, and will give Ryan's number to all my neighbors. Thank you, all of you!
We were matching my existing flooring and Ryan had samples sent and we got a perfect match. The install went smoothly and the final detailing happened the next day. Overall a positive experience!
Ryan was very courteous and helpful right from the beginning. We ended up getting the carpet we wanted at a very affordable price. The guys that installed the carpet were top notch installers and the end results looked fantastic.
Ryan then came by after the installation and inspected everything plus answered any concerns or questions I may have had to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
