Due to a mixup, my family realized that a casket spray was not ordered for my aunt's service. Flowers Etc. really came through for us. It was Labor Day and the funeral was the next morning. She pulled it together with the flowers that were on hand and it was a lovely arrangement. The delivery was on time and no one knew what happened. I am so grateful for the customer care and support in our time of need.

My daughter ordered a beautiful arrangement for a very special family member. It was absolutely beautiful and I was so unbelievably impressed to know that she made the vase. I highly recommend Michelle. I plan to use her talents in the future.
