Best Rate Plumbing was great from start to finish. Michelle answered the phone promptly every time and was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. She asked all the right questions, so they would be ready to quote and complete the work on the same day. I also appreciated her respecting my request to communicate via text while I was working, and she went the extra mile by giving me a heads up when the inspector was on the way the next day. She was friendly and professional during every interaction, and I felt she personalized our entire experience (which is beyond rare these days). Michelle should get an extra 5 stars for customer service alone. She's amazing! Jeff did great work and was very thorough. He explained our options, the entire process, then reviewed everything he did and gave us a "tour" of our new hot water heater after completion. The county inspector was out the very next day, and he stated our plumber did great work and everything was completed precisely to code. We were very pleased with our entire experience, and Best Rate Plumbing will definitely be our "go to" plumber moving forward.

We found our water heater was leaking today. Called Best Rate and Jeff came to our house and replaced it on today Sunday afternoon , right before my company was due. He was superb. Everything was fixed before we knew it. Excellent service. We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs
