Great service, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I asked about. He was on time, located the septic tank very quickly and was pleasant during the entire process. He shared a lot of helpful information about septic systems that anyone who owns one needs to know.The write up afterwards was thorough. Can't say enough good about it, highly recommend.
During the recent rains over the holidays our pipes began gurgling. We called several providers but because of the holidays everyone was days to a week before they would be available. I spoke to Thanh at AMA and although he had a full schedule he worked us in the very next day. He was in and our in about an hour and cleaned up after completion of his work. I highly recommend Thanh and AMA for any septic tank issues. TPope
The owner and operator Thanh, is very courteous and hard working. Easy to get in touch with and arrived ahead of the committed time. I believe he did what was needed which is to pump out the tank. I think 5 star would have been a remote inspection of the openings to the drain field.
