I had to put my 13 year old dog down yesterday, and I am very appreciative of the care and professionalism shown by this veterinary team throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived, they were thoughtful and attentive. We were provided with a private room and a separate entrance away from other clients, which was extremely helpful during such a difficult situation.
The staff assisted with getting my dog out of the car and handled her gently and respectfully, even though she was in pain. Dr. Merri is the best vet around! She has taken the best care of our pets for years. Her knowledge & compassion for animals are outstanding! I highly recommend her & this clinic. We drive all the way from Boiling Springs for Dr. Merri.
The staff and Dr here are so kind and they truly care about your pets. They even do a follow up call after the first visit to check on your pet after you become a new client. They handled my little one lbs Chihuahua puppy with utmost care and assured me they would be gentle with her when she had her first exam and set of shots. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet for genuine, great care. Dr. Troutman is very nice and thorough. Really feel comfortable and confident about my pet being seen here!
