This place is one of the poorest run business I have ever encountered. The manager is rude and she will steal your money in a heart beat. I have been to her house and seen the conditions of her Animals, it is quite nasty to say the least. She cares not about her Animals! She has numerous complaints of Fraud, Stolen Property and not rendering payment for court ordered judgements. The owner will straight up lie to you about anything she sells. She breeds inbreed Animals and then sells them as certified AKC Dogs with health issues from before they was born. She says she Vet checks all her Animals but, this has never been done. Her entire operation is an absolute disaster and should be avoided at all cost.

She's a theIf and a liar. Stay far away. Breeds poor quality pups. No vet care. Won a judgement in court and she still hasn't paid it 2 years later. Several court cases filed against her. All available at country clerks office. Petshack chihuahuas. Petshack of north side, nancy Petshack white on FB. if needed I'll post the judgement from the court as well as all correspondence of her lies about the dog I was supposedly getting that never existed. DO NOT do business with her. She breeds pups with cleft palates. In response to the lies she has now posted TWICE. Nancy. Produce the evidence of your claims. I never got a dog from you which is why I was awarded the judgement for my deposit. How can I drop off animals 2 hours from you if I live 500 miles from you. You don't even know who you're talking to. I was at court. You were late. I was there with a witness. You had nothing except a blank contract. You really should keep up with all the people you scam. You're getting us confused

Nancy Petshachihuahuas Yelp Review 10/16/2020Don't buy a puppy here! Nancy has stolen $200 from me! Also many others (I have msgs) I asked if she did a Heath Certificate, shots and Vet check, she said "yes"! Plus a 3 year guarantee" After I gave the deposit she becomes very belligerent, stopped corresponding with short messages, refused to Vet Check my pup. Said "I give my own shots, have for 30 years" (most Vets do not accept this-vials must be stored correctly or they are no good-then pups need another series of shots). That can also make them sick. When I said -I was not comfortable with this (I have a older dog at home and I need a Vet Check to travel with the puppy, She declined. "I will not Vet Check!", "I'm not going to bring a healthy dog to hear a heart beat and a stool and get them sick"! You can't bring a dog across state lines without a health certificate which comes from a Vet! I'm in New England. She wants me to pay for pup $1200, travel hours to New England and get Vet Checked. The deposit typically covers the vet check and shots (discounted for a litter). There was no paperwork, nothing in writing saying the deposit was non-refundable. She said her deposits are non-refundable after, I said, "I was not comfortable with this and want a refund". No Vet check is a deal breaker!!!There should be no problem with the return of my money. I gave a deposit 18 days prior to her re-clarifying her procedure. She wanted $1200 for the puppy. Enough to cover a simple vet check.She then went on my FB page and started bashing my friends who also said "vet checks are necessary to know we are getting a healthy pup". Said "I've been doing it 30 years and know a sick pup", rattled off different illnesses to look for then said she doesn't need a Vet.She is the moderator of her FaceBook page so she has her friends telling you she is awesome, deletes the folks who have had the same issues and complained.She has changed the name of her site a few times so I didn't find any bad reviews until it was too late. There are many other stories, graphic pictures. I'm only sharing mine, that's what I know. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I am in the process of requesting a refund through my bank for this fraud.Buyer beware!
